i-SUMAKSES is a youth-led initiative that promotes digital safety and financial literacy by equipping young people with practical skills to navigate today’s digital world. It focuses on helping communities understand online risks, make informed financial decisions, and build responsible digital habits. Through workshops, learning sessions, and community-based programs, i-SUMAKSES brings accessible and relevant knowledge directly to schools and local communities. The initiative believes that access to digital tools must be matched with the right knowledge and discipline to ensure safe and meaningful participation in the digital economy. Supported under the Generation Connect Young Leadership Programme of the International Telecommunication Union in partnership with Huawei, i-SUMAKSES continues to empower youth to become informed, responsible, and proactive participants in an increasingly connected world.
